When you complete the payment process for one of the products on the website, you are deemed to have understood and complied with all the Terms and Conditions of Service of www.websiteglobal.net .

A. Core Requirements:

Customer are prohibited from creating websites:

1. Which contains elements of pornography, SARA/RAS, insults/hate speech and general decency.
2. Which causes discord, chaos, unrest and terror.
3. Which can disturb the peace of all parties.
4. Ponzy, pyramid schemes, phishing, and the like.
5. Sending bulk email or SPAM and related IRC.
6. Performs DDOS, port scanning, sniffing and other hacking actions.
7. Torrent, rapidlech, crypto mining and others similar.
8. Sharing files or data (video, mp3, jpg and others) that contain copyright without legal permission from the copyright owner.
9. Keep backup files from other hosts/servers.

B. Shared Hosting Services, WordPress Hosting & Reseller Hosting

1. Hosting service is a service for storing customer's website and email data on the www.websiteglobal.net server so that it can be accessed via the internet by the customer and users/visitors.
2. Customer support is only limited if there are problems with the connection between the Customer and the www.websiteglobal.net server.

C. WordPress Website and WordPress Online Store Websites Services

1. This service is included with the contents of the website in accordance with the selected package.
2. Customers will get Premium Themes and Plugins for free as needed.

D. Domain Services

1. www.websiteglobal.net gives freedom to you as a Customer to register a domain name of your choice.
2. The Customer is obliged to comply with the terms and conditions of the relevant domain Registry.

E. Free Domain Services

1. Some of our products have a Free Domain with a different minimum contact.
2. Free Domain is given on condition that the contracted product is used until the contract expires.
3. If you cancel the contract (Point F.5), the Free Domain will be forfeited and turned into a paid one.

F. Money Back Guarantee Service

1. The service is only valid for a minimal contract of 1 year. And, applies to all existing products; except for Addon Products, Domain and ID Protection are not included.
2. Requests for service cancellation must be accepted by the party www.websiteglobal.net before the end of the first 30 days from the start of the contract.
3. Hosting products* and Reseller Hosting* refunds according to what was paid.
4. Specifically for WordPress Website* & WordPress Online Store Websites*, refunds will be reduced by the first month's contract fee (12 months - first 1 month funds = 11 months funds to be returned).
5. Code: * : minus the price of the previously free domain (if the domain in question is registered on www.websiteglobal.net ), Point E.3.
