Uploading the databases to phpMyAdmin if you want to move the website from another host manually.

1. Log in to your Plesk Control Panel (for the first time a pop up cookies will appear at the top, click Accept all cookies.);
2. Click the domain where the database will be placed;
3. Click databases;
4. Click phpMyAdmin;
5. Click the name of the databases folder on the left where you will upload the databases file (a databases that was previously created, but the contents are still empty);
6. Click Import;
7. Click Choose File (locate the database file stored on your pc);
8. Click Go (wait until the import process is complete, if there is an error please import again by doing step 6 so that the imported file can be continued / will be imported starting from the error file limit, not starting from the beginning again, this usually happens if the databases file is large in size);
9. Done (please proceed to setting/connecting the databases with the website that will be online, via the file manager).
